摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定前列回春胶囊中虎杖苷、盐酸小檗碱、淫羊藿苷、大黄素的含量。方法使用CAPCELL PAK C_(18) MGⅡ色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,测定波长270 nm,进样量10μL。结果虎杖苷、盐酸小檗碱、淫羊藿苷、大黄素分别在0.0300~0.6000μg(r=0.9991)、0.0168~0.3360μg(r=0.9989)、0.0285~0.5700μg(r=0.9988)、0.0200~0.4000μg(r=0.9993)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为97.49%(1.9%)、98.59%(0.6%)、98.56%(1.3%)、98.54%(0.8%)。结论该方法准确简便、稳定、可靠,可用于前列回春胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of polydatin,berberine hydrochloride,icariin and emodin in QianLie HuiChun Capsule.METHODS CAPCELL Pak C_(18) MGⅡ column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)was used,and acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution was used as mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),and the column temperature was set at 30℃ with the injection volume 10μL.RESULTS Polydatin,berberine hydrochloride,icariin and emodin showed good linear relationships within the range of 0.0300-0.6000μg(r=0.9991),0.0168-0.3360μg(r=0.9989),0.0285-0.5700μg(r=0.9988),0.0200-0.4000μg(r=0.9993),respectively.The average recoveries were 97.49%(1.9%),98.59%(0.6%),98.56%(1.3%),98.54%(0.8%).CONCLUSION The method is accurate,simple,stable and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of QianLie HuiChun Capsule.
