摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈环扎术后感染患者治疗过程中的注意事项,以及临床药师在治疗中的作用。方法临床药师通过参与1例宫颈环扎术后感染患者的治疗过程,根据患者的临床特点和治疗需求及时调整给药方案,并对患者进行药学监护。结果在患者的治疗过程中,临床药师运用药学专业知识为医生提供了治疗上的建议,患者的感染得到有效控制,有效延长胎儿孕周,提高了胎儿存活率。结论临床药师在药物治疗学方面可给予临床医师和患者不可或缺的帮助,提高药物治疗水平。OBJECTIVE To explore the precautions in the treatment of patients with infection after cervical cerclage and the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment.METHODS Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process of a patient with cervical cerclage infection,adjusted the drug delivery scheme according to the clinical characteristics and treatment needs of the patients,and provided full pharmaceutical care for the patient.RESULTS In the treatment of patients,clinical pharmacists used pharmaceutical professional knowledge to provide treatment suggestions for doctors.The infection of patients was effectively controlled,effectively prolonged the gestational age of fetus,and improved the fet al survival rate.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists can provide indispensable help to clinicians and patients to improve the level of drug treatment.
