消痔洗剂治疗湿热下注型混合痔术后的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察消痔洗剂治疗痔病术后的临床疗效,为该药的临床推广应用提供临床依据。方法将100例混合痔术后患者采用简单随机法(随机数字表法)分为消痔洗剂组、高锰酸钾组各50例。于混合痔术后第1天起至创面修复,分别给予消痔洗剂、高锰酸钾外用。两组分别于第1、7、14天记录患者疼痛、水肿、出血积分情况并记录各组创面愈合时间。结果消痔洗剂在治疗混合痔术后疼痛、水肿、出血方面有改善作用,第14天相关积分与高锰酸钾组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消痔洗剂组术后创面愈合时间短于高锰酸钾组(P<0.05),说明消痔洗剂能促进创面的愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,并且总体疗效明显优于高锰酸钾组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消痔洗剂能够改善湿热下注型混合痔术后疼痛、水肿、出血症状并促进创面愈合。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Hemorrhoids lotion on hemorrhoids after surgery,and to provide clinical basis for the clinical application of the drug.METHODS A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into a Hemorrhoid lotion group and a potassium permanganate group by using a simple random method.There were 50 cases in each group.From the first day after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids to the wound healing,Hemorrhoids lotion and potassium permanganate were given externally.The pain,edema,and bleeding of the patients were observed on the 1 st,7 th,and 14 th days in the two groups,and recorded the wound healing time of each group.RESULTS Hemorrhoids lotion can improve the pain,edema and bleeding after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Compared with the potassium permanganate group,correlation scores on the 14 th day was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative wound healing time in the Hemorrhoids lotion group was shorter than that in the potassium permanganate group(P<0.05).This shows that Hemorrhoids lotion can promote wound healing,and shorten wound healing time.The overall effect is significantly better than the potassium permanganate group,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Hemorrhoids lotion can improve the pain,edema,bleeding symptoms and promote wound healing after the operation on damp-heat bet-type mixed hemorrhoids.
