摘　　要：目的针对顽固性口腔溃疡采用针刺地仓穴为主治疗方法的临床效果研究。方法选取2019年08月至2020年12月符合研究要求的顽固性口腔溃疡患者,随机划分为研究组和对照组,各65例,研究组采用针刺地仓穴为主的治疗方案,对照组采用常规疗法,服用维生素B2片和维生素C片,分别统计两组患者的临床资料,根据实际情况给出科学分析论断。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.92%,高于对照组的61.54%,而且研究组患者疼痛消失时间和愈合时间明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;研究组炎性因子指标水平相比,均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;研究组与对照组治疗后实验室相关指标均优于治疗前,且研究组实验室相关指标优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床实践证明,针刺地仓穴为主治疗顽固性口腔溃疡效果显著,能够明显缩短疼痛时间和治愈时间、减轻炎性因子水平,为日后的治疗提供了更有效的思路和方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture at Dicang acupoint as the main treatment method for refractory oral ulcers.Methods Selected patients with intractable oral ulcers who met the requirements of the study from August 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 65 cases in each.The study group used acupuncture at Dicang acupoint as the main treatment plan.The group adopts conventional therapy,taking vitamin B2 tablets and vitamin C tablets,respectively,statistics of the clinical data of the two groups of patients,and scientific analysis and conclusions are given based on the actual situation.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.92%,which was higher than 61.54%in the control group,and the pain disappearance time and healing time of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the study group was inflammatory The factor index levels were all lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the laboratory-related indexes of the study group and the control group after treatment were better than thosebefore treatment,and the laboratory-related indexes of the study group were better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Clinical practice has proved that acupuncture at Dicang acupoint is effective in treating refractory oral ulcers,which can significantly shorten the pain time and cure time,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and provide more effective ideas and methods for future treatment.
