摘 要:为了研究不同密度的颗粒在不同结构圆筒混合机内的分离特性,采用离散元法对未安装扬料板、圆筒筒壁内侧安装扬料板、圆筒中心安装扬料板3种圆筒混合机内颗粒的分离情况进行数值模拟研究;根据颗粒径向和轴向分布、颗粒运动速度场分布,分析不同结构圆筒混合机内颗粒的流动形态,并基于统计学方法探讨圆筒混合机不同结构对颗粒分离特性的影响。结果表明:颗粒在圆筒混合机内的分离包含径向分离与轴向分离2种形态;圆筒筒壁内侧安装扬料板的圆筒混合机结构能够有效增大颗粒的运动速度,圆筒中心安装扬料板的圆筒混合机结构能够减小颗粒的运动速度;颗粒在未安装扬料板的圆筒混合机内分离性能最好,在圆筒中心安装扬料板的圆筒混合机内的分离性能最差。In order to study separation characteristics of particles with different densities in a rotating drums with different structures,discrete element method(DEM)simulations were conducted for density-driven separation characteristics in a rotating drum without lifter,with lifers on the inner side of side-wall,and with a lifter in the center.The flow form of particles in the rotating drums with different structures was analyzed in terms of the velocity field distribution,the radial and axial distribution of particles.And the influence of rotating drums with different structures on separation characteristics of particles was discussed based on the statistical method.The results show that the separation of particles in rotating drums includes two forms of radial and axial separation.The rotating drum with lifters on the inner side of side wall can effectively promote the particle speed,and the rotating drum with lifters in the center can reduce the particle speed.Particles in the rotating drum without lifter have the best separation characteristics,while particles in the rotating drum with lifter in the center have the worst separation characteristics.
