穴位推拿结合保济丸治疗小儿消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析对小儿消化不良患者行穴位推拿结合保济丸治疗的临床效果。方法:临床研究对象为广州医科大学附属第六医院/清远市人民医院60例小儿消化不良患者,入院时间为2018年1月-2019年8月,凭借随机数字表法分组,每组30例患者。将穴位推拿治疗实施于对照组中,将穴位推拿结合保济丸治疗实施于观察组中,对比两组治疗效果。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的神疲乏力、大便不调、恶心呕吐、腹胀腹痛、食欲不振症状评分显著低于对照组的,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的全血微量元素水平以及血红蛋白水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿消化不良患者行穴位推拿结合保济丸治疗可有效缓解其神疲乏力、大便不调、恶心呕吐、腹胀腹痛、食欲不振等临床症状,临床效果显著。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage plus Baoji Wan(保济丸)on infantile dyspepsia.Methods:60 cases from January 2018 to August 2019 were grouped by random number table method,30 cases in each.The control group took acupoint massage therapy,and the observation group received acupoint massage plus Baoji Wan.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores of fatigue,irregular stool,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and loss of appetite in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The levels of whole blood trace elements and hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupoint massage plus Baoji Wan on infantile dyspepsia can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms such as fatigue,irregular stool,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and loss of appetite,and the clinical effect is significant.
