莲柏洁身液治疗湿热下注型阴道炎的疗效评价及对阴道微生态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察莲柏洁身液治疗湿热下注型阴道炎的临床疗效及其对阴道微生态的影响。方法:共入选180例湿热下注型阴道炎患者,随机分为观察组90例和对照组90例,分别采用莲柏洁身液和洁尔阴治疗,共治疗7 d。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、主要症状消失时间、阴道微生态恢复情况,评价各组临床疗效和安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组中医证候积分均降低,观察组治疗后各项中医证候积分较对照组低(P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义。观察组患者白带增多、白带异味、阴部疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。在阴道微生态恢复方面两组疗效相当,治疗后白细胞酯酶半定量评分降低,乳酸杆菌半定量评分升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较,观察组乳酸杆菌评分高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而白细胞酯酶评分则有显著差异(P<0.05)。停药后1个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P>0.05);研究期间两组均未发生不良反应。结论:莲柏洁身液对湿热下注型阴道炎有良好疗效,有利于恢复阴道微生态平衡,临床使用安全性高,复发率低。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Lianbai Jieshen lotion(莲柏洁身液)on vaginitis of damp-heat type and its influence on vaginal microecology of the patients.Methods:180 cases were selected and randomly divided into the observation group of 90 cases and the control group of 90 cases,were treated with the Lianbai Jieshen lotion and Jieeryin lotion,respectively.The treatment lasted for 7 days.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were all decreased,and in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of leukorrhagia,odor of leucorrhea and vaginal pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups showed similar efficacy in terms of vaginal microecological recovery.After treatment,the semi-quantitative score of leucocyte esterase in the two groups were decreased,while the semi-quantitative score of lactobacillus were increased,P<0.05.After treatment,the semi-quantitative score of lactobacillus in the observation group was higher than the control group,P>0.05.After treatment,the semi-quantitative score of leucocyte esterase in the observation group was lower than the control group significantly,P<0.05.1 month after stopping medication,the recurrence in the observation group was lower than the control group.There was no adverse reaction in the two groups during the study period.Conclusion:The Lianbai Jieshen lotion is effective on vaginitis due to damp-heat,which is beneficial to restore the balance of vaginal microecology,with high clinical safety and low recurrence.
