麻芩抗感方治疗流行性感冒疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察陈华主任经验方-麻芩抗感方治疗流行性感冒的疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究,将60例流感样患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用麻芩抗感方;对照组服用磷酸奥司他韦胶囊。结果:麻芩抗感方在退热效果及治疗流感主要症状上与磷酸奥司他韦胶囊相近,但在改善中医证候上优于磷酸奥司他韦胶囊。结论:麻芩抗感方是在中医辨证论治基础上,结合现代药理学研究拟定而成,用于治疗流行性感冒,具有散寒解表、清热透毒的功效。麻芩抗感方起效快,能够明显缓解患者流感症状,且具有退热作用。Objective:To observe the curative effect of director CHEN Hua’s experience prescription-the Maqin Kanggan prescription(麻芩抗感方)on influenza.Methods:60 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group took the Maqin Kanggan prescription.The control group took oseltamivir phosphate.Results:The antipyretic effect and the main symptoms of patients treated with the Maqin Kanggan prescription was similar to oseltamivir phosphate,and the efficacy in TCM symptoms was better than oseltamivir phosphate.Conclusion:The Maqin Kanggan prescription is formulated on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with modern pharmacological research.It is used for the treatment of influenza,with better efficacy.
