摘　　要：选取2013—2019年省级层面的出口数据,构建地区出口质量指数,并以2017年五个首批加入绿色金融试验区省份作为处理组样本,采用合成控制法分析绿色金融政策对地区出口质量的提升效应。研究结果表明:(1)绿色金融试验区的设立,能够显著提高地区出口质量,且这种影响对于江西、新疆和浙江三个省份更为明显;(2)异质性分析结果表明,对于污染程度严重省份,绿色金融政策的出口质量提升的影响更为明显;(3)绿色金融政策能够通过提升省份研发投资水平,进而提升省份出口质量。Using the provincial samples from 2013 to 2019 to build an export quality index,putting five provinces in the first batch of pilot zones for green finance in 2017 into treatment group,this paper adopts synthetic control method(SCM)to analyze the impact of green finance policy on regional export quality.Results show that:Firstly,establishment of pilot zones for green finance can enhance regional export quality,especially for Zhejiang JiangXi and XinJiang province;Secondly,the results of heterogeneity analysis show that the impact of green financial policy on the quality improvement of regions with serious pollution degree is more obvious;Thirdly,the increase in regional R&D investment is also a way through which green finance policy can enhance provincial export quality.
