摘  要:居民贷款可得性是否与征信活动有关还缺乏系统性研究。基于2005—2019年全球160个经济体的面板数据,运用Sys-GMM法估计得出,整体上征信活动对居民贷款可得性有显著提升作用,私营征信系统表现更为突出并与公共征信系统协同提升居民获贷率。从异质性来看,高收入、发达区域的经济体私营征信系统对居民贷款可得性的促进作用更强,低收入、落后区域的经济体公共征信系统的贡献则较突出,中收入和新兴经济体的公共与私营征信系统对居民获贷作用相当。互联网使用对征信活动的助贷效应有着正向调节作用,提升了低收入经济体征信系统的有效性。There is still a lack of systematic research on whether residential loan availability is related to credit reporting activities. Based on panel data of 160 economies worldwide from 2005 to 2019 and the Sys-GMM method,it is estimated that credit reporting activities overall play a significant role on elevating resident loan availability,with private credit reporting system performing more prominently and working synergistically with public credit reporting system to increase residential loan accessibility. In terms of heterogeneity, the contribution of private credit reporting system to improving residential loan availability is stronger in high-income, developed economies,while that of public credit reporting system is more prominent in low-income, backward economies, and public and private credit reporting system are comparable in middle-income and emerging economies in terms of their contribution to increasing residential loan accessibility. Internet use has a positive moderating effect on the lending-assistance role of credit reporting activity, which enhances the effectiveness of credit system in low-income economies.
