复合性颅脑外伤早期抢救治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析复合性颅脑外伤早期抢救治疗的效果。方法50例复合性颅脑外伤患者,依据随机数字表法分为常规治疗组与早期抢救组,每组25例。常规治疗组给予常规抢救治疗,早期抢救组采取早期抢救治疗措施。比较两组脑水肿消失时间、住院时间及抢救治疗前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分、神经功能缺损程度评分。结果早期抢救组脑水肿消失时间(3.52±1.23)d、住院时间(7.24±0.15)d均短于常规治疗组的(5.45±1.23)、(9.21±1.55)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抢救治疗后,两组格拉斯哥昏迷评分、神经功能缺损程度评分均优于抢救治疗前,且早期抢救组格拉斯哥昏迷评分、神经功能缺损程度评分均优于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期抢救治疗措施对于复合性颅脑外伤的抢救治疗效果确切,可加速患者症状消失,改善其意识状况和神经功能,有利于缩短住院时间,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of early rescue and treatment for compound craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 50 patients with compound craniocerebral trauma were divided into conventional treatment group and early rescue group according to the random numerical table,with 25 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group received conventional rescue treatment,and the early rescue group received early rescue treatment measures.The disappearance time of cerebral edema,hospitalization time,Glasgow coma score and neurological deficit score before and after rescue treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cerebral edema in the early rescue group was(3.52±1.23)d,and the hospitalization time was(7.24±0.15)d,which were shorter than(5.45±1.23)and(9.21±1.55)d in the conventional treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After rescue treatment,the Glasgow coma score and neurological deficit score in both groups were better than those before rescue treatment,and the Glasgow coma score and neurological deficit score in the early rescue group were better than those in the conventional treatment group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rescue treatment is effective for the treatment of compound craniocerebral trauma,and it can speed up the disappearance of symptoms,improve the consciousness and neurological function of patients,and shorten their hospitalization time.It is worthy of promotion.
