经尿道电切术联合沙培林膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切术联合沙培林膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法60例腺性膀胱炎患者,均实施经尿道电切术联合沙培林膀胱灌注治疗,观察患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况及临床指标。结果60例患者平均手术时间为(40.23±2.46)min,平均住院时间为(89.32±1.06)d。其中3例患者在术后出现尿道狭窄情况,占比5.00%,后经定期扩张治疗后痊愈,其余57例患者未出现并发症。41例患者的临床症状完全消失,占比68.33%;15例患者偶尔出现尿路刺激症状,占比25.00%,经复查后膀胱镜黏膜恢复正常;4例患者出现复发情况,占比6.67%,其中3例患者于术后6~12个月发生非灌注后血尿症状,1例患者无症状定期复查,经膀胱镜检查发生复发类型为原位复发,经活检病理确认后再次对患者实施经尿道电切术,并且于术后为患者更换灌注药物,之后对患者进行1~2年的随访,未出现复发情况。结论经尿道电切术联合沙培林膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎具有良好的效果。Objective To discuss the efficacy of transurethral resection combined with sapylin bladder irrigation in the treatment of landular cystitis.Methods All 60 patients with landular cystitis were treated by transurethral resection combined with sapylin bladder irrigation.The treatment effect,complications and clinical indicators were observed.Results The average operation time was(40.23±2.46)min,and the average hospitalization time was(89.32±1.06)d in the 60 patients.3 patients(5.00%)developed urethral strictures after surgery,which were later cured by regular dilatation treatment,and the remaining 57 patients did not develop complications.The clinical symptoms completely disappeared in 41 patients,accounting for 68.33%;15 patients had occasional urinary tract irritation symptoms,accounting for 25.00%,and the cystoscopic mucosa returned to normal after review;4 patients had recurrence,accounting for 6.67%.Among them,3 patients developed nonpost-perfusion hematuria symptoms at 6-12 months after surgery,and 1 patient had asymptomatic regular review.The recurrence type was in situ recurrence after cystoscopy,which was confirmed by biopsy pathology and then transurethral resection was performed again.In addition,the patients were replaced with infusion drugs after surgery,and the patients were followed up for 1-2 years,and there was no recurrence.Conclusion Transurethral resection combined with sapylin bladder irrigation has a good effect in the treatment of glandular cystitis.
