鼻内镜联合鼻腔冲洗液治疗鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析鼻窦炎疾病特点,评价鼻内镜联合鼻腔冲洗液治疗的临床优势。方法80例鼻窦炎患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。在鼻内镜手术治疗的基础上,对照组患者采取生理盐水冲洗,观察组患者采取生理盐水联合地塞米松鼻腔冲洗液冲洗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后炎性因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)分别为(11.98±1.25)、(39.45±5.55)、(39.35±5.50)ng/L,均低于对照组的(15.25±1.50)、(50.20±5.80)、(50.50±5.80)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内镜手术后使用生理盐水、地塞米松冲洗鼻腔可降低炎症因子水平,提升治疗效果,进而加速患者康复,是有效的治疗方案。Objective To analyze the characteristics of sinusitis,and evaluate the clinical advantages of nasal endoscopy combined with nasal cavity irrigation.Methods A total of 80 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of nasal endoscopic surgery,patients in the control group were rinsed with normal saline,and patients in the observation group were rinsed with normal saline combined with dexamethasone.The therapeutic effect and changes of inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00% of the observation group was higher than 75.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),and interleukin-5(IL-5)in the observation group were(11.98±1.25)and(39.45±5.55),and(39.35±5.50)ng/L,which were lower than(15.25±1.50),(50.20±5.80),and(50.50±5.80)ng/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with sinusitis,nasal cavity irrigation with normal saline and dexamethasone can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the therapeutic effect,and accelerate the recovery of the patient.It is an effective treatment plan.
