美能与氯雷他定治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比复方甘草酸苷片(商品名:美能)与氯雷他定治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效。方法80例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者,按就诊顺序编号分为对照组(奇数)及观察组(偶数),各40例。对照组采取氯雷他定治疗,观察组采取美能治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的血清炎症因子指标[免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、血清补体C3及C4]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的IgE(80.12±12.03)g/L明显低于对照组的(163.84±11.65)g/L,C3(1.31±0.22)g/L、C4(0.41±0.02)g/L明显高于对照组的(1.01±0.16)、(0.32±0.08)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性特发性荨麻疹患者采取美能治疗的效果优于氯雷他定,能够有效缓解患者的炎性反应,值得临床采纳。Objective To compare the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin tablets(trade name:SNMC)and loratadine in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria were divided into the control group(odd number)and the observation group(even number)according to the number of visits,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with SNMC.The therapeutic effect,and serum inflammatory factors[immunoglobulin E(IgE),serum complement C3 and C4]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the IgE(80.12±12.03)g/L of the observation group was significantly lower than(163.84±11.65)g/L of the control group,and C3(1.31±0.22)g/L,C4(0.41±0.02)g/L were significantly higher than(1.01±0.16)and(0.32±0.08)g/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of SNMC on patients with chronic characteristic urticaria is better than that of loratadine,which can effectively alleviate the inflammatory reaction of patients,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
