复方氟米松软膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性湿疹的临床特点,评价复方氟米松软膏联合卡泊三醇软膏的治疗优势。方法80例慢性湿疹患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用复方氟米松软膏治疗,观察组患者采用复方氟米松软膏+卡泊三醇软膏治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效与不良反应发生情况,治疗前后症状评分与生活质量评分。结果观察组临床总有效率95.00%高于对照组的65.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的症状评分与生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的症状评分均低于治疗前,生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患者的症状评分(2.20±0.30)分低于对照组的(4.60±0.60)分,生活质量评分(185.50±15.50)分高于对照组的(152.80±10.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏与卡泊三醇软膏联合治疗慢性湿疹的安全性、有效性较高,可促进患者症状改善,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of chronic eczema,and evaluate the treatment advantages of compound flumethasone ointment combined with calcipotriol ointment.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic eczema were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,each with 40 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with compound flumethasone ointment,and patients in the observation group were treated with compound flumethasone ointment and calcipotriol ointment.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,symptom scores and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 65.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the differences in symptom score and the quality of life score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the quality of life scores were higher than those of this group before treatment;the symptom score(2.20±0.30)points of the observation group was lower than(4.60±0.60)points of the control group,and the quality of life score(185.50±15.50)points was higher than(152.80±10.50)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound flumethasone ointment and calcipotriol ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic eczema,and can promote the improvement of patients'symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
