摘 要:研究了铝板基中Fe元素形成的第二相对印版耐印力的影响。通过扫描电镜观测,涂层样品表面存在尺寸较大的块状化合物相,化合物相与周围基体结合不紧密存在微孔,且破碎的化合物之间存在裂缝。经能谱分析,样品经电解砂目后氧化层表面出现的小尺寸孔洞是由显微组织中大尺寸AlFe_(3)块状相引起的,其内部存在的小孔也是由显微组织中大尺寸块状AlFe_(3)相与周围基体之间存在的微孔或AlFe_(3)相破碎后形成的裂缝引起的。通过控制Fe、Si含量和优选晶粒细化技术能有效提高印刷板材的耐印力。The influence of the second relative plate resistance formed by Fe element in aluminum plate was studied.Scanning electron microscopy showed that there were large massive compound phases on the surface of the coating sample.The compound phase was not closely combined with the surrounding matrix and there were micropores,and there were cracks between the broken compounds.By energy spectrum analysis,the small size holes on the surface of the oxide layer of the sample after electrolytic sand mesh were caused by the large size AlFe_(3) block phase in the microstructure,and the small holes in the interior of the sample were also caused by the micro holes between the large size AlFe_(3) block phase in the microstructure and the surrounding matrix or the cracks formed after the AlFe_(3) phase was broken.By controlling Fe and Si content and optimizing grain refining technology,the printing resistance of printed sheet can be improved effectively.
