摘  要:尺寸精度控制是大规格异形无缝管材尺寸控制的关键,由针尖、挤压针、针座、穿孔连杆组成的穿孔系统能否有效紧固对其有重要影响,应通过优化针尖设计并配合专用扳手以锤击方式对针尖进行紧固。对于非穿孔挤压可采用钢丝绳缠绕法对挤压针、针座进行紧固,对于穿孔挤压可采用钢丝绳缠绕法并配合专用扳手对挤压针、针座进行强力紧固,防止其在穿孔或挤压过程中出现松动。生产实践中,还应综合考虑螺纹配合精度、挤压针温度变化等因素对穿孔系统紧固效果带来的影响。Dimensional precision control is the key to the dimensional control of large size special-shaped seamless pipe.Whether the piercing system composed of needle tip,extrusion needle,needle holder and perforated connecting rod can be effectively tightened has an important impact on it.The tip was tightened by optimizing the tip design and matching with special spanner to hammer.For non-perforated extrusion,the method of wire rope winding can be used to tighten the extrusion needle and the needle holder.For perforated extrusion,the method of wire rope winding can be used and the special wrench can be used to tighten the extrusion needle and the needle holder to prevent it from loosening in the process of perforation or extrusion.In production practice,factors such as screw fitting accuracy and temperature change of extrusion needle should be considered comprehensively to influence the fastening effect of perforation system.
