摘 要:以4种不同叶菜类蔬菜废弃物为发酵原料,采用批量式厌氧消化工艺,在恒温(35±1)℃的条件下,探究了不同配比混合蔬菜废弃物的产气潜力及产气特性,结果表明,大白菜、甘蓝菜、生菜和油麦菜不同质量配比下厌氧消化时,产气潜力和有机质变化率均存在差异。在原料总量60 g,总发硅液体积400 mL条件下,质量配比为1∶2∶1∶1的实验组累积产气量为2829 mL,总固体产气率为895 mL/g,VS去除率为13.18%,相比其他不同质量配比的实验组有机物含量高且易于被充分降解利用,更适宜作为厌氧消化原料。Four kinds of vegetable wastes with different leafy vegetables were used as fermentation raw materials.Batch anaerobic digestion process was used to explore the gas production potential and gas production characteristics of mixed vegetable wastes with different ratios under the condition of constant temperature(35±1)℃.The results showed that when anaerobic digestions of Chinese cabbage,cabbage,lettuce and oilwheat were carried out under different mass ratios,there were differences in gas production potential and organic matter change rate.Under the conditions of total raw material amount to be 60 g and total silicon-forming liquid volume to be 400 mL,the cumulative gas production of the experimental group with the mass ratio of 1∶2∶1∶1 is 2829 mL,the gas production rate of TS(Total solid)is 895 mL/g and the VS(Volatile solid)removal rate is 13.18%.Compared with other experimental groups with different mass ratios,the organic matter content is high and easy to be fully degraded and utilized,so it is more suitable for anaerobic digestion.
