焦磷酸亚锡合成收率影响因素探讨

摘　　要：以氯化亚锡、焦磷酸钠为原料,在一定温度、浓度条件下反应得到焦磷酸亚锡。实验研究了反应终点pH值、反应温度、滴加方式、洗涤方式、焦磷酸钠浓度等对锡直收率的影响。最终确定了最佳条件,在最佳条件下锡直收率可达到99.2%。Stannous pyrophosphate was synthesized from stannous chloride and sodium pyrophosphate at a certain temperature and concentration.The effects of end point pH,reaction temperature,dropping mode,washing mode and sodium pyrophosphate concentration on the yield of tin were studied.Finally,the optimum conditions were determined.Under the optimum conditions,the direct yield of tin can reach 99.2%.
