摘　　要：为了建立乳化炸药生产线全线安全监测系统,基于生产实际需要,将系统硬件组成划分为数据采集、中继处理和远程监控三部分,以数据采集模块实现乳化炸药生产线液位、温度、转速、流量、速率及压力等参数的自动采集,并通过数据中继处理及远程监控模块实现生产线和远程监测中心的生产运行动态监测及声光报警。通过现场应用,表明该乳化炸药生产线全线安全监测系统能够较好提高生产线本质安全水平,有效降低安全生产事故率,能够为生产线各主要设备的安全可靠运行提供保障。In order to establish a full-line safety monitoring system for emulsion explosives production line,based on actual production needs,the hardware components of the system are divided into three parts:data acquisition,relay processing and remote monitoring.The data acquisition module is used to realize the automatic collection of parameters such as level,temperature,speed,flow rate,and pressure,and through data relay processing and remote monitoring modules to achieve dynamic monitoring of production operation and sound and light alarms of the production line and remote monitoring center.Field application shows that the full-line safety monitoring system of the emulsion explosive production line can better improve the intrinsic safety level of the production line,effectively reduce the accident rate of safe production,and provide guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the main equipment of the production line.
