摘 要:足球运动是一项以跑动为基础,各躯体运动协调配合的综合性团体类项目,该项目的教学有着复杂的特性。该文以脚内侧传球技术动作入手,对该动作的各运动环节进行分析,进而运用解剖学知识对脚内侧传球动作进行解剖学动作分解与系统性综合评价,进一步阐明在脚内侧传球动作中,主要参与运动的关节、肌肉所起到的作用以及易出现的运动损伤,并阐明解剖学分析对脚内侧传球技术动作的教学具有有利影响。Football is a comprehensive team sport based on running and coordinated with various body movements.The teaching of this sport is with complex characteristics.Starting with the technical action of passing the ball inside the foot,this paper analyzes the action of each movement link,and then uses anatomical knowledge to decompose the anatomical action and systematically evaluate the passing action inside the foot,so as to further clarify the role of the joints and muscles mainly involved in the movement and the prone sports injury in the passing action inside the foot.It also illustrates that anatomical analysis has a beneficial impact on the teaching of medial foot passing techniques.
