奥运会延期对女子链球运动员王峥备战过程的影响及调控策略

摘　　要：受疫情影响,东京奥运会延期1年,于2021年7月23日至8月8日在日本东京成功举办,中国国家田径队在此届奥运会上获得2金2银1铜的骄人成绩,女子链球项目上,老将王峥以77.03m的成绩收获一枚银牌。该研究分析了王峥在备战东京奥运会过程中受延期的影响以及采取的具体调控策略,总结成功经验,并指出王峥在调整训练计划的安排、创新竞赛方式、提高高水平技术稳定性、防伤控伤工作以及抓好队伍的科技服务保障工作方面成效显著,对东京奥运会上的优异表现发挥重要作用。Affected by COVID-19 epidemic,the Tokyo Olympic Games were postponed for one year,and successfully held in Tokyo,Japan from July 23 rd to August 8 thin 2021.China’s national track and field team won 2 gold,2 silver and 1 bronze medals in this Olympic Games.In the women’s hammer event,veteran Wang Zheng won a silver medal with a score of 77.03 m.This study analyzed the impact of the postponement on Wang Zheng’s preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games and the specific control strategies adopted,summarized the successful experience,and pointed out that Wang Zheng had achieved remarkable results in adjusting the arrangement of training plan,innovating competition methods,improving high-level technical stability,injury prevention and control,and doing a good job in the scientific and technological service guarantee of the team,It will play an important role in the excellent performance of the Tokyo Olympic Games.
