摘 要:在一般的重剑运动中,运用核心力量训练可以锻炼并提高运动员的协调能力,核心力量不仅可以帮助运动员保持核心体能,还可以帮助运动员更好地打下坚实的基础,将不同的训练项目连接起来、融会贯通。具体来说,重剑运动中的核心力量训练可以改善运动员的平衡性、提高稳定性、增强协调能力、预防运动损伤以及提高能量输出和降低能耗,对运动员的整体发展具有非常显著的作用。对于具体的训练活动,该文针对常见的训练进行了详细介绍,如腹肌背部力量训练、专项步法训练、弓步抗阻力量训练、指腕弹力绳训练等。重剑运动教练员在对运动员进行基本技能的培养和训练时,应当结合运动员的运动能力和实际比赛条件进行相关的训练。In general Epee,the use of core strength training can exercise and improve the coordination ability of athletes.Core strength can not only help athletes maintain their core physical fitness,but also help athletes better lay a solid foundation and connect different training items.Specifically,the core strength training in Epee can improve athletes’balance,improve stability,enhance coordination ability,prevent sports injury,improve energy output and reduce energy consumption.It plays a very significant role in the overall development of athletes.For specific training activities,this article introduces some common training in detail,such as abdominal back strength training,special footwork training,bow resistance strength training,finger wrist elastic rope training and so on.When training the basic skills of epee athletes,epee coaches should combine their athletic ability and actual competition conditions to carry out relevant training.
