冬奥背景下对京张体育文化旅游带的发展路径研究

摘　　要：在当前可持续发展理念全球实施的背景下,北京2022冬奥会作为全球首届从赛事筹办初期就要求对奥运遗产进行全面规划管理的奥运会,将奥运遗产保护巧妙地融入京张体育文化旅游带的建设中,不仅可以为京张体育文化旅游带的发展,注入独特且稀缺的奥运元素,而且还是向全世界所展示奥运可持续发展的中国化方案。为此,该文在北京冬奥背景下对京张体育文化旅游带的发展路径进行研究,并提出如下发展路径:保持奥林匹克传统,让京张地区的奥运遗产得以活用;引进国际先进理念,努力塑造"京张"国际化旅游品牌;以奥林匹克为主线,敢于打造体育文旅新业态、新产品;发挥"双奥之城"优势,助力首都"国际交往中心"建设;组织开展职业技能培训,提升京张地区公共服务水平。Under the background of the current global implementation of the concept of sustainable development,Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games,as the first Olympic Games in the world that requires comprehensive planning and management of Olympic heritage from the early stage of event preparation,skillfully integrates the protection of Olympic heritage into the construction of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt,which can not only inject unique and scarce Olympic elements into the development of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt.Moreover,it is also a Sinicization scheme for the sustainable development of the Olympic Games to the world.Therefore,after studying the development path of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt under the background of Beijing Winter Olympics,this paper puts forward the following development path:maintaining the Olympic tradition and making full use of the Olympic heritage in Beijing-Zhangjiakou;Introduce international advanced concepts and strive to shape the"Beijing-Zhangjiakou"international tourism brand;Take the Olympics as the main line and dare to create new formats and products of sports culture and tourism;Give full play to the advantages of"Double Olympic City"and contribute to the construction of the capital’s"International exchange center";Organize vocational skills training to improve the public service level of Beijing-Zhangjiakou area.
