摘  要:为了明确茄子商品种子上携带病原真菌的种类及分类地位,采用吸水纸法和PDA平板法对20个茄子品种进行种子带菌检测,通过分离纯化和显微形态学鉴定,发现茄子不同品种携带真菌的数量和种类具有显著的差异,种子表面携带的优势菌群主要为根霉(Rhizopus)、青霉(Penicillium)、曲霉(Aspergillus)类腐生真菌,同时检出部分种子携带致病病原镰刀菌(Fusarium)和链格孢菌(Alternaria)。总体来看,茄子种子内部寄藏真菌较少,且低于茄子种子表面的带菌量。In order to clarify the species and classification status of pathogenic fungus carried on commercial eggplant seeds,20 eggplant cultivars were detected by blotting paper method and PDA plate methods.Through isolation,purification and micromorphological identification,it was found that there were significant differences in the number and species of fungus carried by different eggplant cultivars.The dominant bacterial groups carried on the seed surface were mainly saprophytic fungus,such as Rhizopus,Penicillium and Aspergillus.At the same time,some seeds carried pathogenic pathogens Fusarium and Alternaria.In general,there were less fungus in eggplant seeds interior,which was lower than that on the surface of eggplant seeds.
