摘　　要：藁本内酯属于苯酞类成分之一,在中药当归、川芎等伞形科植物中含量较高,含量在1%左右,是主要活性成分之一。神经损伤疾病包括脑卒中、阿尔茨海默症、帕金森、亨廷顿病等,为患者家庭和社会带来了沉重的心理和经济负担。现代药理研究表明,藁本内酯具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡、改善血脑屏障通透性和神经元功能等作用,对脑卒中、阿尔茨海默病等神经损伤疾病具有良好的保护作用。本文主要阐述藁本内酯在神经保护作用方面的活性,挖掘其潜在的药理活性作用,为藁本内酯或含藁本内酯的制剂的开发或应用提供参考。Ligustilide is one of the phthalide components.It is one of the main active components with a high content of about 1%in umbelliferae plants such as the Chinese traditional medicine Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong.Neurological diseases,including stroke,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,Huntington's disease,and other diseases,have brought huge psychological and economic burdens to patients'families and society.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that ligustilide has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,anti-apoptosis,improves the permeability of blood-brain barrier and neuronal function,and has protective effects on never injury diseases,such as stroke and Alzheimer's disease.This paper mainly expounds on the neuroprotective activity of ligustilide,and excavates its potential pharmacological activity,so as to provide a reference for the development or application of ligustilide or preparations containing ligustilide.
