摘　　要：农村基层党组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础,其建设质量关系到党在农村乃至全国执政根基的稳固。在新时代,不同地区积极创新基层党建工作理念、方法和机制,形成以内生产业发展型、外生产业推动型、村企共建联建型和统筹整合发展型为代表的新型基层党的组织建设与创新模式,体现出近年来基层党建的专业化、综合化、区域化和多元化的发展特征。农村基层党组织的创新性实践能够为乡村振兴与乡村建设提供新的组织资源,为构建新型工农城乡关系与促进城乡融合发展提供广阔的行动空间,是适应时代发展要求的组织创新。Grassroots party organizations in rural areas are the basis of the party’s all work in rural areas.Their construction quality is of vital importance to the stability of the party’s ruling foundation both in rural areas and the whole country.In the new era,such various innovations have emerged in terms of the organizational forms and functions of rural grassroots party organizations as an internal industry-driven development model,an exogenous industry-promoted development model,a development model of village enterprise joint construction,and an overall integrated development model.This reflects the development direction of grassroots party organization construction characterized by professional,comprehensive,regional,and diversified development.The innovative practices of rural grassroots party organizations can provide new organizational resources for rural revitalization and rural construction and a broad action space for building a new industrial and agricultural urban-rural relationship and promoting an integrated development of urban and rural areas.The construction and innovations of grassroots party organizations in rural areas can appropriately respond to the changing requirements of the times.
