国际贸易惯例下农产品交易规则及约束力探析

摘　　要：国际贸易惯例在贸易实践中的广泛应用不仅方便了各国的贸易,减少了贸易纠纷,而且营造了良好的贸易环境,极大提升了贸易效率。当前,在COVID-19、中美贸易摩擦等多重因素影响下,国际贸易环境越发具有不确定性。如何在复杂多变的贸易环境中抓住机遇,提高我国农产品对外贸易的竞争力就成为时下紧迫的任务。基于此,通过对国际贸易惯例下的农产品交易规则及约束力进行探析,分析国际贸易惯例对农产品贸易的影响程度及其约束力效力,了解经济全球化背景下维持国际贸易正常秩序的必备条件,以改善贸易结构,切实提升各国居民的生活水平。The application of international trade practices not only facilitates trade between countries and reduces trade disputes,but creates a good trading environment and greatly enhances trade efficiency.At present,under the influence of multiple factors such as COVID-19 and Sino-US trade friction,the international trade environment is increasingly uncertain.How to seize opportunities in the complex and changeable trading environment to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products in foreign trade has become an urgent task.Based on this,this article explores the rules and binding force of agricultural products trading under the international trade practices and analyze the impact of international trade practices on agricultural trade and its binding effect to understand the necessary conditions for maintaining the normal order of international trade under the background of economic globalization to improve the trade structure and effectively improve the living standards of residents of various countries.
