摘 要:从理论渊源来看,共同富裕是建立在马克思恩格斯劳动价值论基础上的一个理想目标。在实现共同富裕的过程中,提升不同群体的致富能力是至关重要的。致富能力是在市场机制和收入分配的双重逻辑下实现的。市场机制是致富能力形成的平台基础,不同群体通过市场机制参与经济活动,贡献不同的生产要素从而获得相应报酬;收入分配中不同要素报酬的相对差异导致了不同群体致富能力的差异。致富能力的提升需要让每个人平等地获得积累人力资本和参与共创、共建、共享的机会,也需要激励相容的制度安排来激发不同群体提升致富能力和实现共同富裕的积极性。From the perspective of theoretical origin,common prosperity is an ideal goal based on Marx and Engels’labor theory of value.In the process of achieving common prosperity,it is essential to improve the ability of different groups to become rich.The ability to get rich is realized under the dual logic of market mechanism and income distribution.The market mechanism is the platform foundation for the formation of the ability to become rich.Different groups participate in economic activities through the market mechanism and contribute different factors of production to obtain corresponding rewards.The relative difference in the compensation of different factors in the income distribution leads to the difference in the ability of different groups to become rich.The improvement of the ability to become rich requires everyone to have equal opportunities to accumulate human capital and participate in co-creation,co-construction,and sharing.It also requires incentive-compatible institutional arrangements to stimulate different groups to improve their ability to become rich and achieve common prosperity.
