摘 要:在充分掌握机制砂特性的基础上,采用不同地区的机制砂配制C30、C60自防水混凝土,研究了机制砂对自防水混凝土工作性、力学性能及防水性能的影响。结果表明,机制砂较河砂级配差,且需水量和石粉含量较高,对自防水混凝土工作性、力学性能影响比较复杂,但对抗渗、抗冻、抗氯离子渗透性能有利;吸水率指标能较好反映自防水混凝土抗渗、抗冻和抗氯离子渗透性能,可为自防水混凝土性能评价节省工作量。On the basis of full understanding of the characteristics of machine-made sand,C30 and C60 self-waterproofing concrete are prepared with machine-made sand from different areas,and the effects of manufactured sand on the workability,mechanical property and waterproofing performance of self-waterproofing concrete are studied.The results show that the gradation of manufactured sand is lower than that of river sand,and the water demand and stone powder content are higher.Its influence on the workability and mechanical properties of self-waterproofing concrete is more complex,but it is beneficial to the anti-permeability,anti-freezing property and chloride ion penetration resistance of self-waterproofing concrete.The water absorption index can better reflect the impermeability,frost resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of self-waterproofing concrete,which can save workload for the performance evaluation of self-waterproofing concrete.
