摘　　要：概述了中国装配式建筑用密封材料的发展历程,总结了国内装配式建筑外墙密封领域存在的问题,并分析了导致问题的原因。在此基础上,通过对比中国和日本双组分MS胶的性能差异,为中国装配式建筑防水密封材料的发展提出了建议。This paper gives a general introduction of the development process of sealing materials for prefabricated buildings in China,summarizes the problems existing in the field of external wall sealing of prefabricated buildings in China,and analyzes the causes of the problems.On this basis,by comparing the performance differences of two-component MS sealant between China and Japan,the article puts forward some suggestions for the development of prefabricated building waterproofing sealing materials in China.
