摘　　要：廊坊某大型工业厂房自2010年交付后,长期闲置,屋面各构造层因冻融破坏、自然老化,缺少维护,导致屋面细部发生渗漏和大面出现零星渗漏。现厂房改成数据中心,室内使用功能和环境要求屋面无渗漏,需要对屋面进行整体维修改造,将倒置屋面改成正置屋面,增设屋面排汽道和排汽管。经过改造,本项目不仅解决了原厂房屋面渗漏问题,同时也解决了保温层蓄水后降低保温功效的问题。A large industrial plant in Langfang has been idle for a long time since it was delivered in 2010.Due to freeze-thaw damage,natural aging and lack of maintenance of the roof structural layers,the details faced some leakages and sporadic leakages happened to the general roof surface.The current plant is changed into a data center.The indoor use function and environment require that the roof has no leakage.It is necessary to carry out overall maintenance and transformation of the roof,change the inverted roof into an upright roof,and add roof exhaust duct and exhaust pipe.After transformation,the project not only solves the problem of roof leakage of the original plant,but also solves the problem of thermal insulation effect reduction after water storage on the thermal insulation layer.
