摘  要:在棉纤维骨架上通过丙烯酸接枝聚六亚甲基胍(PHMG),研究其对活性染料的上染率(E%)、总的利用率(T%)。通过傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱(FTIR)证明物质化学接枝的成功;测试了改性对纤维机械性能和染色性能的影响并对活性染料的吸附过程进行的拟合计算。结果显示纤维成功接枝阳离子,且拥有较好的染色效果。虽然改性后纤维强度有所降低,但依旧不会对其服用性产生影响。The exhaustion rate(E%)and the total utilization rate(T%)of cotton fibers to reactive dyes were studied by grafting polyhexamethyleneguanidine(PHMG)with acrylic acid on the cotton fiber skeleton.The success of chemical reaction was proved by Fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy(FTIR).The effects of modification on mechanical properties and dyeing properties of fibers were tested and the adsorption process of reactive dyes was calculated.The results showed that the fiber was successfully grafted with cations and had good dyeing effect.Although the strength of modified fiber was decreased,it had no effect on its wearability.
