三七的药理学研究进展及在妇科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：三七性温,味甘微苦,具有化瘀止血、消肿镇痛的功效。笔者通过阅读近年来对三七的药理及临床研究,发现其在妇科疾病治疗中发挥着止血、活血、补血、镇痛、抗炎的作用,在崩漏、胎漏、产后恶露不绝、痛经、癥瘕等疾病的治疗中效果显著。三七在治疗妊娠疾病中剂量一般不超过3 g,在其余妇科疾病中剂量多为3~10 g,其发挥活血作用时剂量多是5~10 g。The taste of Sanqi(三七)(Panax notoginseng)is sweet and slightly bitter,and warm,and it has the effect of removing blood stasis,stopping bleeding,reducing swelling and relieving pain.Through reading the pharmacological and clinical studies on Sanqi in recent years,the author finds that it could play an effective role in the treatment of gynecological diseases such as hemostasis,blood circulation,blood invigorating,analgesia,and anti-inflammation,and it has remarkable effects in the treatment of diseases such as hemorrhaging,fetal leakage,postpartum lochia,lumgia,abdominal mass,etc.The dose of Sanqi in the treatment of pregnancy diseases is generally not more than 3 g,in other gynecological diseases is mostly 3-10g,and in promoting blood circulation is mostly 5-10g.
