摘　　要：目的:探讨全息经络刮痧疗法对社区轻中度高血压病患者生活质量及依从性的影响。方法:利用随机数字表法将2018年1月-2020年6月在上海市徐汇区田林街道社区卫生服务中心治疗的100例轻中度高血压病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组使用常规生活方式干预,治疗组在此基础上使用全息经络刮痧疗法,治疗3个月后对比两组的临床疗效、治疗依从性、生活质量。结果:治疗组降压总有效率为92.00%(46/50),对照组降压总有效率为76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组高依从性比例均有所提高,治疗组高依从性比例为96.00%(48/50),明显高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组杜氏高血压病生活质量评分均有所提高,不同时间点的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预后治疗组杜氏高血压病生活质量评分明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:全息经络刮痧疗法对社区轻中度高血压病患者具有良好的治疗效果,能有效提高患者的治疗依从性,改善生活质量,具有积极的临床意义,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of holographic meridian scrapping on the quality of life and compliance of patients with mild or moderate hypertension in community.Methods:100 patients with mild or moderate hypertension from January 2018 to June 2020 were divided into the control group and the treatment group randomly by the random numbers tabe method.Routine life intervention was used in the control group.Based on this,the treatment group was treated by hologram meridian scraping,the clinical efficacy,treatment compliance and quality of life in the two groups were compared after three months.Results:The total antihypertensive effective rate was 92.00%(46/50)in the treatment group,while 76.00%(38/50)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of high compliance in the treatment group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Du’hypertensive quality of life scale scores at different time points in both groups were improved after intervention,with significant differences(P<0.01).The Du’hypertensive quality of life scale scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group after intervention,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Holographic meridian scraping therapy has a good therapeutic effect on community patients with mild or moderate hypertension,which can improve the therapy compliance and the quality of life of hypertension patients.This scraping therapy has positive clinical significance,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
