展锐从“瘀”论治胃脘痛的思想及经验

摘　　要：胃脘痛作为常见的内科疾病,历代医家对其病因病机及治疗等方面有诸多论述。笔者跟诊过程中发现,展师近年来在临床实践过程中对胃脘痛患者从寒凝血瘀型、湿热阻络型、气滞血瘀型、气虚血瘀型、阴虚血瘀型等分类选择配伍活血化瘀类药物,常用方剂活络效灵丹加减治疗,使瘀血得行,达到邪去正安,“通不痛,调和奉”的效果,以供同道参考。As a common internal disease,epigastric pain has been discussed by physicians in the past dynasties from its etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.In the process of clinical learning from tutor ZHAN,the author finds that in recent years,in the clinical practice of treating epigastric pain,tutor ZHAN selects drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis from the categories of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,dampness-heat blocking collateral type,Qi(气)stagnation and blood stasis type,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and Yin(阴)deficiency and blood stasis type.Huoluo Xiaoling Dan(活络效灵丹)is frequently used to remove the blood stasis and achieve the effects of elimination of evil and“no pain and harmony”,the thoughts and experience are given for more reference.
