补肾温阳药抗骨质疏松症研究进展

摘　　要：骨质疏松症具有高患病率、高致残率,对我国公共卫生健康构成了极大威胁,寻求安全优效的药物防治或延缓OP对临床具有重大意义。现代医学治疗OP虽疗效良好,但存在一定的不良反应。OP属中医“骨痿”“骨痹”“骨枯”范畴,结合其病因病机和临床症状,补肾阳、壮筋骨为治疗OP之关键。研究发现,淫羊藿、杜仲、补骨脂、续断、巴戟天、鹿茸等补肾温阳药抗OP的作用机制多样,临床疗效显著。本文从补肾温阳药抗OP的理论依据、作用机制、临床应用三个方面进行探讨总结,以期为新药研发提供一定的参考与借鉴。Osteoporosis,which is with high prevalence rate and disability rate,poses a great threat to the public health in China.It is of great clinical significance to seek safe and effective therapeutic drugs to prevent or delay the progress of osteoporosis.Although modern medicine has a good effect on the disease,there are many adverse reactions.Osteoporosis can be classified as“bone flaccidity”,“bone arthralgia”and“bone dryness”in traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with its etiology,pathogenesis and clinical symptoms,many studies have shown that tonifying kidney and warming Yang(阳)and strengthening muscles and bones are the key points in the treatment of asteoporosis.Studies have found that Herba Epimedium,Eucommia,Psoraleae,Dipsacales,Morinda officinalis,Cartialgenous,etc.are commonly used as tonifying yang drugs for the treatment of osteoporosis.In this paper,the theoretical basis,mechanism and clinical application of tonifying kidney and warming Yang medicinal material in the treatment of osteoporosis are discussed and summarized,to provide some reference for the research and development of new drugs.
