孙其斌教授“提拿手法”治疗腰背筋膜疼痛综合征经验浅析

摘　　要：甘肃省名中医孙其斌教授在“顺筋利节”理论的指导下,结合中医推拿手法治疗理论与临床实践操作,并在“小儿捏脊”手法的基础上,提出作用强度更大的“提拿手法”。本文进行相关介绍及探讨,旨在使该手法得到进一步优化并传承,以期扩大其应用范围。本手法与传统手法的作用方式不同,通过提拿损伤部位的表层软组织,在局部产生高强度的负压,使骨筋膜内部状态得到恢复。同时可以促进筋膜间炎症的消退,改善局部血液循环,从而达到解除肌肉痉挛的目的,最终缓解腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床症状,恢复正常的生理功能。本手法强调“顺筋”是主要的治疗方法,“利节”是其主要的治疗目的。以中医理论为基础,结合现代物理学原理,丰富中医学中关于“筋出槽”等理论的治疗方式。本手法治疗腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征的效果十分显著,值得推广及应用学习。Based on the guidance of the theory of“Synthesizing the tendons and benefiting joints”by Professor SUN Qibin,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Gansu Province,combining the theories of massage therapy and clinical practice operations,and on the basis of the“children’s chiropractic”technique,a stronger relevant introduction and discussion of“lifting technique”is proposed to further optimize and pass on the technique then expand its application range.This method is different from the traditional method.By lifting the superficial soft tissue of the injured part,a high-intensity negative pressure is generated locally to restore the internal state of the bone fascia.At the same time,it can promote the resolution of inflammation between the fascia,improve local blood circulation,so as to achieve the purpose of relieving muscle spasm,and ultimately relieve the clinical symptoms of lumbodorsal fascial pain syndrome and restore normal physiological functions.This technique emphasizes that“Shun Jin”(顺筋)is the main treatment method,and“Li Jie”(利节)is its main treatment purpose.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the principles of modern physics,it enriches the treatment methods of the theory of“the tendons out of grooves”in traditional Chinese medicine.The application effect of lifting manipulation on lumbodorsal fascial pain syndrome is very significant,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
