基于肌筋膜触发点技术运用内热针治疗顽固性腰痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察基于肌筋膜触发点技术运用内热针治疗顽固性腰痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择符合诊断标准的患者共120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用肌筋膜触发点技术进行布针,对照组采用传统内热针布针方法,采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)分别在治疗前、治疗疗程结束后,治疗后3个月及6个月四个阶段对两组患者腰部的症状及综合能力进行评估,统计两组的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分、ODI得分均有明显改善,远期疗效稳定,组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗疗程组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),两组患者在布针数量、术后血肿、皮下瘀血等方面组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05),在创口感染方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:基于肌筋膜触发点技术运用内热针治疗顽固性腰痛能有效缓解顽固性腰痛患者的疼痛症状,改善腰椎功能,与传统内热针治疗相比有不良反应少、布针量少的特点。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of internal heat acupuncture in the treatment of refractory lumbago based on myofascial trigger point technique.Methods:A total of 120 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group.The observation group used myofascial trigger point technique,while the control group used traditional internal heat acupuncture.The VAS score and ODI were used to evaluate patients,condition in the two groups,and the treatment effect in the two groups was counted.Results:After regular treatment,the VAS score and ODI in both groups were significantly improved,and the long-term efficacy was stable,P>0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment course(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the number of needles,postoperative hematoma and subcutaneous stasis between the two groups(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference in wound infection(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating refractory low back pain with internal heat acupuncture based on myofascial trigger point technology can relieve the pain symptoms of patients and improve the function of lumbar spine.Compared with traditional internal heat acupuncture treatment,it has the characteristics of fewer adverse reactions and less needle dispensing.
