摘 要:目的:探究血清维生素D水平与肺炎支原体感染的肺通气功能损伤水平的相关性。方法:收集2019年4月—2020年10月期间于我院儿科诊疗的因肺炎支原体感染的肺炎或支气管炎患儿62例作为研究对象;抽血获取血清检测活性维生素D水平及炎性因子指标(C反应蛋白CRP、降钙素原PCT、白细胞计数WBC)水平,同时使用肺功能监测仪检测肺通气功能指标(潮气量VT/Kg、达峰时间/呼气时间TPTEF/TE、达峰容积比VPEF/VE)。比对在相同肺炎支原体抗体滴度情况下不同血清活性维生素D水平与肺通气功能损害水平,并分析血清活性维生素D与肺通气功能损伤指标的相关性。结果:血清活性维生素D水平与肺通气功能指标正性相关(P<0.05),而与炎性因子指标CRP、WBC负性相关(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体感染患儿机体中血清维生素D水平低,肺通气功能相对较差,伴有炎性反应,而血清维生素D与肺通气功能正相关,与促炎性因子相关,临床诊疗肺炎支原体感染时需及时补充维生素D,以降低感染后气道高反应性出现的风险。Objective:To explore the correlation between serum vitamin D level and pulmonary ventilation function impairment level in mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:A total of 62 children with pneumonia or bronchitis caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were collected as the research subjects.Serum samples were collected to detect the level of active vitamin D and inflammatory factors(CRP,procalcitonin PCT,WBC).Meanwhile,lung function monitors were used to detect the indicators of lung ventilation function(tidal volume VT/Kg,peak time/expiratory time TPTEF/TE,peak volume ratio VPEF/VE).The levels of different serum active vitamin D were compared with the levels of pulmonary ventilation function impairment under the same antibody titer of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,and the correlation between serum active vitamin D and indicators of pulmonary ventilation function impairment was analyzed.Results:Serum active vitamin D level was positively correlated with pulmonary ventilation function(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with inflammatory factors such as CRP and WBC(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with low serum vitamin D levels in the body,pulmonary ventilation function is relatively poor,with inflammatory reaction,and serum vitamin D and pulmonary ventilation function,and inflammatory factors related,mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in clinical diagnosis and treatment need vitamin D supplement in time,in order to reduce the risk of airway hyperresponsiveness after infection.
