摘　　要：目的:对片剂药物溶解方法对含量测定结果的影响进行分析。方法:对盐酸二甲双胍片、氢氯噻嗪片、硝苯地平片、维生素B_(1)片分别采取超声处理法、手动振摇法以及调速震荡法进行处理,测量药物含量,并分析3种方式检测的精确度。结果:经对比,3种方式中,超声处理方式更加便捷,且溶解效果更佳。结论:在药品检测时应使用超声处理法,临床价值高。Objective:To analyze the influence of dissolution method on the content determination of tablets.Methods:The metformin hydrochloride tablets,hydrochlorothiazide tablets,nifedipine tablets and vitamin B_(1) tablets were treated by ultrasonic method,manual shaking method and speed-regulating shaking method respectively,and the drug content was measured,and the accuracy of detection by three methods was analyzed.Results:among the three methods,the ultrasonic treatment was more convenient and the dissolution effect was better.Conclusion:Ultrasound treatment should be used in drug testing,which has high clinical value.
