摘　　要：目的:评估自身免疫抗体ANA、抗ds-DNA、抗ENA联合试验用于系统性红斑狼疮的疾病诊断效果。方法:选取系统性红斑狼疮患者280例和100例健康体检者,进行免疫学指标检测。结果:三种抗体联合检测系统性红斑狼疮的阳性检出率及灵敏度均高于单独抗体检测结果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过检测机体体内的免疫抗体可实现诊断系统性红斑狼疮,而且联合检测可以互相配合以提高检出率,因而具有较高的临床价值。Objective:To evaluate the effect of combined test of autoimmune antibody ANA,anti-ds-DNA and anti-ENA in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods:A total of 280 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and 100 healthy subjects were selected for immunological index detection.Results:The positive detection rate and sensitivity of the three antibodies in the detection of systemic lupus erythematosus were higher than the results of the single antibody detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systemic lupus erythematosus can be diagnosed by detecting immune antibodies in the body,and the combined detection can cooperate with each other to improve the detection rate,so it has high clinical value.
