摘 要:汽车轮胎与翼子板的相对位置影响着汽车外观的美观性,若在车辆设计开发过程中未进行有效的控制,容易导致轮胎内陷或姿态不良的问题。文章以麦弗逊前悬架轿车为实例,分析影响轮胎与翼子板视觉美观性的影响因素,并利用CATIA建立麦弗逊悬架的运动模型,制作轮胎包运动络面,从而确定各影响因素对于轮胎与翼子板视觉美观性的影响程度,并制定各影响因素的控制策略,提升车辆的视觉效果。The relative position of the tire and the fender affects the appearance of the vehicle. If it is not effectively controlled during the vehicle design and development process, it will easily lead to the problem of tire inversion or poor posture. This article uses the MacPherson front suspension sedan as an example to analyze the influencing factors affecting the visual aesthetics of the tire and fender, and uses CATIA to establish the motion model of the MacPherson suspension to make the tire envelope,and determine the influencing factors regarding the degree of influence of the visual aesthetics of tires and fenders, and formulating control strategies for each influencing factor to enhance the visual effect of the vehicle.
