摘  要:文章分析整车驱动轮滚动阻力测量的道路试验和台架试验间差异性,论证整车驱动轮滚动阻力台架试验方法的可行性。以环境温度、胎压、驱动轮载荷、车速为设计变量,应用MAHA四驱底盘测功机研究四个设计变量对整车驱动轮滚动阻力的影响。在单因素分析方法得出各个设计变量对整车驱动轮滚动阻力影响的基础上,建立5因素4水平正交试验表,试验分析四个设计变量对整车驱动轮滚动阻力的综合影响,为日后整车台架性能试验数据分析提供依据和指导。The difference of the rolling resistance between the bench test and road test is analyzed,which verifies the feasibility of the test method on the rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is studied by MAHA four-drive chassis dynamometer based on the four design factors including environment temperature, inflation pressure, front wheel vertical load, velocity. An orthogonal test table with four levels and five factors is established to investigate the combined effects of the four factors on the rolling resistance based on the results from single factor analyses. The test results can instruct and provide evidence to vehicle performance test.
