摘　　要：肩痹属中医学“痹病”范畴,以肩周疼痛和功能障碍为主要临床症状,严重影响人们的日常生活和工作。经筋理论作为中医经络系统的一部分,在指导临床治疗的过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。文章从内外两个因素阐明肩痹的病因病机,通过对经筋生理功能和病候特点的阐述,说明经筋理论与肩痹的生理、病理联系,并对近年以经筋理论为基础论治肩痹的文献进行整理归纳,试阐明以经筋理论为指导原则治疗肩痹的特点及其优势,以期为肩痹的临床治疗拓宽思路,更好地发挥经筋理论的指导作用。Shoulder arthralgia belongs to the category of Bi(痹)disease in traditional Chinese medicine,with peripheral shoulder pain and dysfunction as the main clinical symptoms,which seriously affects people's daily life and work.As a part of the meridian system of traditional Chinese medicine,meridian and tendon theory plays an irreplaceable role in guiding clinical treatment.This article elucidates the etiology and pathogenesis of shoulder paralysis from internal and external factors,through the exposition of the physiological function and symptoms of meridian tendon,the physiological and pathological relationship between meridian tendon theory and shoulder arthralgia is explained.In order to broaden the ideas for the clinical treatment of shoulder arthralgia and give full play to the guiding role of meridian theory,this paper summarizes the literatures on the treatment of shoulder arthralgia based on meridian theory in recent years and tries to clarify the characteristics and advantages of treating shoulder arthralgia based on meridian theory.
