小儿慢性咳嗽采用中医健康管理行为疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医健康管理模式对慢性咳嗽小儿症状改善及消失时间、再就诊率的影响。方法:对60例慢性咳嗽小儿进行中医健康管理(观察组),并与一般干预的60例慢性咳嗽小儿(对照组)进行干预效果比较。结果:给予全方位中医健康管理的慢性咳嗽小儿(观察组)与一般干预的慢性咳嗽小儿(对照组)在其咳嗽、咳痰症状开始改善及消失时间方面,差异存在统计学意义,观察组的再就诊率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:说明加强慢性咳嗽小儿中医健康管理,对小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗与防控具有重要意义,能够明显减少患儿的再就诊率,从而有助于减少医疗经费开支,节约医疗资源,减轻社会及家庭负担。Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine health management mode on the improvement of chronic cough children's symptoms,the time of symptoms disappearance and the rate of re-visit.Methods:The health management of 60 children with chronic cough in traditional Chinese medicine(the observation group)was carried out,and the effect of intervention was compared with that of 60 children with general intervention(the control group).Results:There was statistical significance in the beginning improvement and disappearance time of cough and sputum symptoms between the chronic cough children(the observation group)who were given comprehensive Chinese medicine health management and the chronic cough children(the control group)who were given general intervention.The re-visit rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This shows that strengthening the traditional Chinese medicine health management of children with chronic cough is of great significance in the treatment and prevention of chronic cough in children,and it can significantly reduce the re-visit rate of children,so as to help reduce medical expenses,save medical resources,and reduce social and family burden.
