基于络病学说治疗ⅢB型慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(气滞血瘀证)临床观察

摘　　要：目的:在络病理论指导下组方理气活血方,通过观察理气活血方治疗ⅢB型慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(气滞血瘀证)的临床疗效,为临床提供可靠的治疗方法。方法:临床搜集120例ⅢB型慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(气滞血瘀证)患者,按照随机数字表随机分为试验组、对照组,每组60例。试验组口服理气活血方,对照组口服前列舒通胶囊,对比治疗前后中医证候评分、慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index,NIH-CPSI)的变化,验证理气活血方对本病的治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率90.91%(50/55),对照组总有效率72.73%(40/55),两组总有效率对比P<0.05,试验组优于对照组。结论:理气活血方可以明显改善ⅢB型慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(气滞血瘀证)患者的临床症状,降低NIH-CPSI积分,尤其是对疼痛症状有明显改善,具有较好的临床疗效。络病学说对本病的治疗具有重要指导意义。Objective:Under the guidance of collateral disease theory,we invent the Liqihuoxue prescription(理气活血方).By observing the clinical effect of Liqihuoxue prescription in the treatment of typeⅢB chronic pelvic pain syndrome(Qi and blood stasis syndrome),we can provide a reliable method for clinical treatment.Methods:120 patients with typeⅢB chronic pelvic pain syndrome(Qi and blood stasis syndrome)were collected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table,60 cases in each group.The experimental group took Liqi Huoxue prescription orally,and the control group took Qianlie Shutong capsule(前列舒通胶囊)orally.The changes of TCM syndrome and NIH-CPSI scores before and after treatment were compared to verify the therapeutic effect of Liqi Huoxue prescription on this disease.Results:The total effective rates of experimental group and control group were 90.91%(50/55)and 72.73%(40/55),the total effective rate of the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Liqihuoxue prescription can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with typeⅢB chronic pelvic pain syndrome(Qi and blood stasis syndrome),reduce NIH-CPSI scores.Especially for the pain symptoms,Liqihuoxue prescription has a good clinical effect.Moreover,collateral disease theory has important guiding significance to the treatment of typeⅢB chronic pelvic pain syndrome(Qi and blood stasis syndrome).
