摘　　要：目的:探讨加减柴陷汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)稳定型心绞痛伴失眠患者的效果及其对心绞痛、失眠疗效和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分及不良反应发生情况的影响。方法:回顾性分析兰州市第二人民医院2018年4月-2019年11月的80例加拿大心血管病学会(Canadian Cardiovascular Society,CCS)心绞痛分级I级的冠心病稳定型心绞痛伴失眠门诊患者,根据治疗模式的差异分为对照组以及观察组。对照组实施现代医学常规西医药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施加减柴陷汤治疗。比较心绞痛发作频率、发作时间、PSQI评分、冠心病稳定型心绞痛伴失眠疗效、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗后心绞痛发作频率、发作时间、PSQI评分均优于对照组,冠心病稳定型心绞痛伴失眠疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现相关的不良反应。结论:冠心病稳定型心绞痛伴失眠患者采用加减柴陷汤治疗可更好改善患者病情,控制心绞痛发作和改善患者的睡眠质量,且未增加不良反应发生,安全性高,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Chaixian decoction(加减柴陷汤)on stable angina pectoris with insomnia in patients with coronary heart disease and its effect on angina pectoris and insomnia,PSQI score and adverse reactions.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 80 outpatients with stable angina pectoris and insomnia with CCS grade I in Lanzhou Second People's Hospital in Gansu Province from April 2018 to November 2019 was performed,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the difference of treatment mode.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Chaixian decoction on the basis of treatment of the control group.The frequency and duration of angina attack,PSQI score,and the effect of stable angina pectoris with insomnia and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:After treatment,angina attack frequency,attack time and PSQI score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the effect of stable angina with insomnia of coronary heart disease was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No related adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Modified Chaixian decoction treatment of stable angina pectoris with insomnia in patients with coronary heart disease can better improve the patient's condition,control the onset of angina pectoris and improve the sleep quality of patients,without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions,it is safe and worthy of promotion.
