郑瑞君从湿热论治盆腔炎性疾病经验探析

摘　　要：盆腔炎性疾病是影响女性健康的重要因素,以小腹疼痛,阴道分泌物增多,或伴有发热为主要症状。郑瑞君教授认为本病的病因病机复杂,但究其根本,不离湿、热、郁、瘀等,因此治疗本病主以清热利湿为主,辅以疏肝行气,祛瘀止痛,自拟盆炎消方治疗本病,临床多有效验。文章拟从病因病机、治则治法方面探讨郑瑞君教授治疗盆腔炎性疾病的学术观点和临床经验。Pelvic inflammatory disease is an important factor affecting women's health,with lower abdominal pain,increased vaginal discharge,or accompanied by fever as the main symptoms.Professor Zheng Ruijun believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are complex,but the root of the disease is related to dampness,heat,stagnation and blood stasis,etc.Therefore,the treatment of the disease is mainly based on clearing heat and reducing dampness,supplementing liver and Qi,removing blood stasis and relieving pain,and Penyanxiao formula(自拟盆炎消方)is designed to treat the disease,which proves effective in clinical practice.This paper intends to discuss Professor Zheng Ruijun's academic views and clinical experience in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,principles and methods.
