清胃散加减治疗急性放射性食管炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究清胃散加减治疗急性放射性食管炎的临床疗效及分析其对患者血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取急性放射性食管炎患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例;对照组予混合口服液(0.9%氯化钠溶液500 mL、2%利多卡因20 mL、地塞米松10 mg及庆大霉素16万U)口服,治疗组给予清胃散加减汤剂口服;所有患者均治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分疗效及超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平。结果:治疗后治疗组中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者超敏C反应蛋白、TNF-α、IL-6较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清胃散加减可明显改善急性放射性食管炎患者临床症状,降低超敏C反应蛋白、TNF-α、IL-6水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Qingwei powder(清胃散加减)in the treatment of acute radiation esophagitis and analyze its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Method:60 patients with acute radiation esophagitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases ienach group;The control group was given normal saline 500 mL+2%lidocain2e0 mL+dexamethasone 10 mg+gentamicin 160000 U orally;The treatment group was given modified Qingwei powder orally;all patients were treated for 2 weeks.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and the levels of hs(C-reactive protein,CRP),(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)and(Interleukin-6,IL-6)were observed before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of hs CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingwei powder can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute radiation esophagitis and reduce the levels of hs CRP,TNF-αand IL-6.
